We got our kitchen, family room, dining room, and bathroom renovated by DeVries Construction. Dave was always straight with us and immediately set his company apart by spending time to find out exactly what we wanted. The crew were friendly, professional, and kept disruption to our living spaces to a minimum. At every stage Dave highlighted alternatives in advance and helped us make the right choices, and the results have exceeded all our expectations. Best of all the job came in almost entirely on budget which is no small thing!

We hired DCR to redevelop the basement in our 1965 bungalow.
The work they did exceeded our expectations, and we are enjoying the basement thoroughly. We are very proud to show off the renovations to friends and family.
There was NO bathroom in the basement when we purchased the home, Not even rough-ins no legal Egress.
We wanted the basement to be fully re developed and reconfigured Including a Proper Bedroom and Bathroom.
DCR pulled all Permits, and all inspections passed.
Dave provided a written contract with a detailed scope of work, timelines, payment schedules and reviewed it line by line with us.
All work was Completed on time, and they were always mindful of our budget.
We did chose to increase our initial budget to Include many upgrades of our choosing.
The DCR crew was careful to remove existing materials we wanted re-used.
When supply chain issues arose Dave always had a solution.
He and his entire crew were great at communicating with us, and very patient with us, especially when we’d change our mind about design elements.

Excellent service. Willing to work with our budget as we are a young family just starting in our new home. Very trustworthy, courteous and clean, especially in regards to covid. The work was fantastic. They turned our very outdated and frankly ugly kitchen into something special that will last us a very long time. Dave, the owner, took our scattered vision and made sense of it, completing something we knew we wanted but didn’t know how to describe.
